“WHAT TO BRING?”

 

  • Overnight Personal items

    • Pajamas

    • Toothbrush, tooth paste

    • Towel, soap, shampoo, etc.

  • Sleeping bag, pillow and blanket (beds are provided at dormitory)

  • Proper attire for liturgical services

  • Sport equipment for free time

  • Medical release form (with signature and medication if required)

  • Registration form (if it is not previously mailed to Eparchial Youth Committee, prior to arrival of convention’s site)

  • And positive attitude!

 

“WHAT NOT TO BRING?”

 

  • Electronics, communication or gaming equipment

  • Portable music devices

  • Junk food

  • Personal valuables

  • Clothing with obscene words, pictures and/or signs

 

For the safety of all convention participants, any of the above-listed items will be taken away from the attendees and returned on the end of the last day of convention.

 

CELL PHONE POLICY

 

The attendees are not permitted to bring their cell phones.  In the event of an emergency, please contact Fr. Lubomir Zhybak, Eparchial Youth Committee Co-Director (phone: 330-888-8881) or Josephy Levy ( )

ARE ADULTS ALLOWED?

Any adult chaperones that would like to join us (including parents) must be registered and go through required youth safety training, which will be provided by the organizers.
